the staff were affable and helpful with requests. location: the hotel was close enough to a shared taxi and moni and kelimutu. besides, it was 2 miles away from murondao waterfall.

The shared lounge was a great place to relax and meet fellow travelers. The Asian breakfast was a delicious change from my usual toast and coffee. The proximity to the airport was convenient, especially with the option of a paid shuttle.
Just loved being reminded to follow the rules. over and over again.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Amazing rooftop sunset. Private villa experience. Comfortable and well-decorated room. Great water pressure in the shower. Fantastic dining/chill out area. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. The private bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and cable TV kept us entertained, and the air conditioning made the room cool and comfortable. The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view, and the seating area added an extra level of comfort. Plus, the soundproofing made the room quiet and peaceful. we felt like we were staying in a luxurious oasis.
The minibar in the room was a bit overpriced, but that's just our opinion. Others might still find it convenient.
